This section will list all your transaction details along with the status.
- Just tap on the icon on left top corner of the screen to open the Menu section.
- Tap on “My Orders” from the Menu section.
- Tap on any of the order to view the details.
- On the screen that opens next, you will have all the details of the transaction performed.
- You can tap on the circular icon to repeat the order.
- Niki will fill the details of the transaction and ask your confirmation to proceed.
- You can tap on “Send Invoice” to send the invoice copy to the registered email address.
- You can reach out to support by tapping on “Support”
When booking is active for a cab ride or bus ticket, you will also have options to cancel the ride/booking in this screen along with the option to call the driver/travels.
