We are coming across rare cases where the movie booking is completed successfully from the BookMyShow side, but a corresponding notification is not sent to us. Due to this, the order is not updated in your My Orders section. As a result, the cashback as per the offer will also not be processed to your account.
We have already escalated this to the BookMyShow team and are working along with them to have this sorted. Meanwhile, you just have to write to firstname.lastname@example.org with the movie booking confirmation that you got from BookMyShow, we will verify the booking and process the cashback immediately. Also, this will help us keep record all affected issues and take it up with BookMyShow accordingly.
