Seems like you have just installed Niki and have chosen to simplify your life.
We welcome you aboard.
In case you are using Niki for the first time, let us guide you with placing orders on Niki.
There are multiple ways you can start conversing with Niki (and build friendship ;) )
1. By Welcome Listicles:
Niki loves to go straight to the business, as soon as you install Niki in your mobile, Niki will provide you listicles to get your works done.
There will be options as Local Search, Prepaid Recharge, Postpaid Bill Payment etc, you just need to tap on your desired service and Niki will ask you few order related queries.
Keep answering her and once she confirms the order details, complete the order either via Online mode of payment or any of the wallet available.
2. By Tapping on (Blue) Arrow icon:
You can tap on the blue arrow icon available on the left corner of the app. The app will open the domain tray for you.
The domain tray will contain all the available services on Niki. Just tap on the domain icon and choose from the available options. In case you are not able to find the desired service, drag the icons from right to left and other available services will show up.
Niki will ask you few order related questions just answer them and get your work done in jiffy.
3. Just Chat:
It's a chat bot, so just say Hi to Niki.
Niki will provide you the services, and you can proceed as mentioned on the first step.
Better than that, just tell what you want from Niki directly:
For example: Type "book a bus from Chennai to Bangalore on 21st July" and Niki will show you the buses available on that date.

4. By Repeat:
In case you are using Niki from sometime now, you can go to Menu section of the app, go to My Orders and you will find all the made orders by you over there.
In case you want to repeat an order, by just taping on Repeat icon available for each order will do.
PS: Please note that, Niki will not be able to answer all of your queries, specially general ones. For any general queries we request to search them in our Help Center. In case it is a really tricky one and not mentioned here, get back to our support team from Need Help section of the app.
