All transactions that have a payment completed will initiate a transaction with the respective order you are placing. However, recently we have noticed instances where there is no proper response received from the payment gateway and thereby no order is placed or payment confirmation is received and the order does not proceed after that for some reason.
You will notice that there is a payment confirmation provided in the chat but there is no order confirmation. In most of these cases, your amount is refunded automatically. However, there are a few cases where the refund is not initiated and the payment goes unnoticed. You can write to support with the payment details and your registered phone number and we will have this resolved for you.
