Many of you might have the need to reach the customer service department of Niki. You can always write to firstname.lastname@example.org with your queries and we will get back to you with a resolution at the earliest possible time.
You can also use the Reach Support option available in the app itself to reach out to us:
- Type "need help" in the chat and tap on Reach Support on the list that appears on the screen of the app
- Tap on need help icon (small ? icon on the top right) and tap on Reach Support on the list that appears on the screen
- You can tap on Reach Support from the Menu section (Three lines icon on the top corner of the app)
- You can also use Reach Support from the Order Details page under My Orders section of the app.
Unfortunately, we do not have a customer care call centre or helpline where you can reach us on telephone call and discuss your concern. For the moment, we are email only support team and are doing our best to give you the best responses and resolutions as quickly as possible.
However, the good news is that we are in the process of setting up telephone support, where our users can call one of our support agents and have their questions clarified. We will definitely keep you updated on this once this is made available.
